先申請一個FRN，用來填寫其它的表格。如果申請人是第一次申請FCC ID，就需要申請一個永久性的Grantee Code。在等待FCC批準分發(fā)給申請人Grantee Code的同時，申請人應抓緊時間將設備進行檢測。待準備好所有FCC要求提交的材料并且檢測報告已經(jīng)完成時，F(xiàn)CC應該已經(jīng)批準了Grantee Code。申請人用這個Code、檢測報告和要求的材料在網(wǎng)上完成FCC Form 731和Form 159。FCC收到Form 159和匯款后，就開始受理認證的申請。FCC受理ID申請的平均時間為60天。受理結束時，F(xiàn)CC會將FCC ID的Original Grant寄給申請人。申請人拿到證書后就可以出售或出口相應產品了?！CC ID的申請流程：　1、先申請一個 FRN,申請人是第一次申請 FCC ID ，就需要申請一個永久性的 Grantee Code ;首次申請ID,申請Grantee Code費用為 60USD　2、需要準備的資料：　1, FCC ID Label (標簽)　2, FCC ID Label Location (標簽位置)　3, User Manual (說明書) 申請商　4, Schematic Diagram (電氣原理圖) 或制造商　5, Block Diagram (功能方塊圖)　6, Theory of Operation (動作原理)　7, Test Report (測試報告)　8, External Photos (外觀照片) 第三方　9, Internal Photos (內部照片) 認證機構　10, Test Setup Photos (測試系統(tǒng)配置圖)　3、資料審核；　4、測試　5、獲得證書　6、注意事項：　4.1 發(fā)射頻率在30-960MHz的接收器，一定　要做一份FCC DOC;　4.2 接收器帶有USB端口，此端口用于數(shù)據(jù)　傳輸時，一定要另加一份FCC DOC;

申請認證產品的生 產廠商和申請認證方的全稱和詳細的聯(lián)系通信地址。

1、相關的文件資料需為中英文兩種。

2、為縮短認證周期，提供的資料最好為電子文檔形式。

3、在認證過程中，針對一些特殊情況，可能需要企業(yè)補交其它額外相關資料。
